Drystone Radio Broom Cupboard
A mixture of modern country and western, new releases, and now and again dance music to put your hand bag in the middle of floor and dance around your handbag, like they did in the good old days at the disco nteresting Fact:- I once operated the machine that made the theatre programmes for the Sooty Tour Hobbies:- Reading up about the great days of radio when they came off the ships from the mid 60s till the mid 80s.Listening to old recordings of Pirate Radio and American Top 40 Radio and making silly sound bites and Jingles on my computer at home Most Wanted Super Power:- To point a finger at a new released song. I would then click my fingers and it would be a hit number one song straight away. First Record:- Spoonful of Sugar by Julie Andrews I was six at the time and it was part of a birthday treat after we had seen the Original Mary Poppins at the Cinema The first song I introduced on the radio was Hold Me Close by David Essex. Really it was the second song I was ordered to play No Charge by JJ Barrie before it. Would you admit to introducing that record?
